God of Hope

Take this Hope with you. Wherever you go, whatever you do, God goes

WITH you. I used to think there was one perfect will and it was my job to find it. If I didn’t find it, I failed. I no longer believe that.

Now, I believe in God the Father, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ His only Son our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to hell. The third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended to heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty. From there he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic* (universal) church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

That’s the Apostles Creed written in 340 A.D. So, here’s the deal bad and good things will come to us because we live in a broken world. But, when we have turned to God (at any point in our lives) HE causes all things to work together for good (Romans 8:28). God IS God and there is nothing is too hard for God (Jeremiah 32:17). Let God give HOPE for you and yours.
