Photo Caption: The narrow gate was much more difficult to pass through when entering the ancient city (no large animals could carry you through the gates) so many chose not to use the narrow gate. The gate in the photo has a symbolic cross at the top of the gate.
Matthew 7:13-14, “Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.”
Lord, show us the way to the narrow gate. Amen
In Jesus, Deborah
